Initiate Your Request
Log into your SMBC account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
